Our gluten free range of sweet and savoury patisseries have been so popular that we knew it was high time we added gluten free cheesecakes to the mix (pardon the pun!).

The name Florentines is almost synonymous with cheesecakes as this was one of the original cakes that made our business famous. From our beginnings as a humble patisserie and café, we soon grew into the large commercial enterprise you see today. Creating and supplying sweet and savoury baked goods to an impressive array of customers including major hotel chains, airlines, restaurants and cafes nationwide.

As more and more people have moved to a no or low gluten diet over the years, our customers have also been asking us to create more of our products into gluten free options. Like all great challenges, our team have risen to it admirably and we are proud to present the selection of 18 options you can include in your order with us.

Everyone loves our cheesecakes and it seems our gluten free cheesecakes are winning even more customers for our hospitality clients. Available in salted caramel, raspberry & white chocolate royale, and zesty lemon & lime. All our gluten free cheesecakes are 25cm pre-cut to 16 pieces.
